By ordering online on the Family Bazar website, you can get all products delivered to your home anywhere in Bangladesh!
The terms and conditions of online delivery within Dhaka are as follows:
- ‘Cash on delivery (COD)’ facility is available for online orders within Dhaka only.
- The buyer will receive the product within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.
- Delivery charges are subject to change depending on the product and location. Free delivery is not applicable to all products.
- Our delivery partners (e.g., RedX, Steed Fast) maintain their own terms and conditions.
- In case of home delivery, the buyer will not get the opportunity to try the product. However, if possible, a video of the product unboxing should be recorded. If you receive a defective product, please inform us immediately.
Advance payment amount for any product order:
For any product worth 1 to 1000 taka, an advance payment of 200 taka will be required.
If the product price is more than 1000 taka, an advance payment of up to 20% will be required, depending on the type of product.
In case of product pickup from the shop, an advance payment will also be required, depending on the type of product.
Advance payment amount for any pre-ordered product:
It will be determined according to the products.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, one needs to pay an initial advance amount based on the product price via MFS / Bank transfer as stated below:
- Product Price between (BDT. 501 to BDT 2,000) – Advance BDT. 200
- Product Price between (BDT. 5001 to BDT 50,000) – Advance BDT. 500
- Product Price is more than BDT. 50,000 – Advance BDT. 2,000
Delivery Charges For Family Bazar:
- Shop Pickup from any of our outlets – Free
- Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 70
- Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) – BDT 150
- Express On Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 250
- For Cash On Delivery outside Dhaka, a 1% extra Courier Condition Charge will be added to the total order amount.
- Due to Bad Weather Conditions or any natural calamities, the delivery timeline may change/extend without any prior notice.
- For delivery of products outside Dhaka to all upazilas, thans, etc. levels except divisional and district cities, full payment of delivery charge is mandatory. (Because Sundarban Courier Service will not do any kind of financial transaction at upazila, thana level except district)
- We reserve the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Family Bazar Office Pickup:
If you order any product and want to pick it up from our office, then you can do that, but we request you to call our Hotline- 01877-655563 to confirm the stock.
Once we confirm, you can pick up your order from Family Bazar offices between 10 AM to 7 PM, every day.
